The first 4 photographs are of our second attempt to build a Television tank. The fourth of those pics is with no flash on the camera. This is why the walls are yellow in color. The last two pictures are of our first attempt at putting a 20 Gal aquarium in side of a television set.
Notice the handles on the top of the tanks. This is how we access the tank to feed/maintain the tank. Also their is a light that is attached to the under side of this lid. The lid is simply a cut out of the top of the console cabinet. The switch for the light can be located any place on the television console. One Tank #2 the switch is a small two position switch that is on the right side of the front. The switch for the first tank is located behind an access door on the right side as well. This switch is a standard house hold light switch wired into a plastic switch box. Each switch is then wired into a 3 position plug that is plugged into a surge strip with the rest of the equipment.
